Essential Oils Provide Wonderful Benefits for your Skin

Step One: Choosing your Essential Oils
There are many essential oils that are beneficial to the skin, but this list is made up of those that are known to be among the best for skin care.
The essential oil distilled from carrot seeds has an overall rejuvenating effect on all skin types. In addition to helping to smooth the skin, it also promotes cell regeneration. Step Two: Choose your Carrier Oil
Once you have chosen a carrier oil
- Place a ΒΌ cup of the carrier oil into a glass vessel
- Add 1 to 3 drops of your essential oil (or a combination of essential oils) into the carrier oil
- Mix well
- Massage a small amount of the mixture gently into your skin

There are many more essential oils that are beneficial to the skin. Once you’ve discovered the many benefits of essential oils, experiment and come up with your own unique combinations that work for your skin type.
